If students want to compete in a global job market with people from China and India, they need to gain exposure to different environments where they can learn from systems and experts outside their sphere of influence.
The best way for students to learn is through experience. Once they have lived abroad and have an innate understanding of different systems and societal functions, many will return home and implement these skill sets, providing much-needed diversity of thought to their home countries.
